MiMi does loves these sesame seeds walnut cupcakes. I have made only 4 of them and she ate 3 of them... Probably she's like me, like the biting "bits" of the sesame seeds???
65g icing sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp fresh milk
65g plain flour
25g almond powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
50g walnuts, chopped
Cream butter & sugar till smooth. Add in the egg, followed by the milk.
Add in the almond powder. Add in the flour & baking powder in batches. Mix well until well-combined.
Fold in the sesame seeds and walnuts gently to mix evenly.
(Fill the batter into the cup, abt 2/3 full)
Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degC for about 20-25mins.
